1. The moisture level of the seeds is reduced to the optimum by a drying process.
   
2. The seeds are mechanically pressed by the expeller to release the soil.
   
3. The oil gets collected into the Collection tank after initial filtration.
   
4. The Oil is transferred to Iron Drums from the collection tank and allowed to settle
   
5. The settled oil is then transferred to separate Drums and the oil is filtered mechanically passing through a Filter Press.
   
6. The filtered Oil is collected into Iron Drums and Stored in air-tight condition
   
7. The Oil is then encapsulated into the Gelatine Capsules The Encapsulation process is listed below:

1. The Gelatine mass is manufactured by, dispensing, Swelling of Gelatine, preparation of solution and Mixing Daeration.
   
2. The filtered oil is then encapsulated with the Gelatine
   
3. After the encapsulation, the capsules are washed, semidried, Inspected / Quality checked and sent for final packing.

1. The machine is adjusted periodically during the manufacturing process to the seeds to obtain the optimum yield and the best quality of Oil.
   
2. The colour of the Oil & Odour is periodically monitored by observation during the
   process.
   
3. Periodical samples are collected during the manufacturing process and its physical
   parameters are tested.
   
4. The filtered oil is tested for all parameters and if it conforms, it is accepted as of expected
   quality.
   
5. The Drums are marked with the Batck No. & Production Date.
   
6. The Capsules are checked for breakages, Deformations and size.
